About the Reverse Aging Wellness Center

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Diane Underwood. I am the owner of the first Far Infrared Sauna Corporate Training Center which opened October, 2000. The Reverse Aging Wellness Center (formerly the Reverse Aging Club) is a successful, physician-referred Wellness Center that specializes in teaching full-body regeneration and detoxification via Far Infrared Saunas.

I have over 20,000 hours of hyperthermia experience using Far Infrared Technology for a variety of clients, some of which were physician referred, and 700 hours acquired at Ralston School of Massage at Washoe Medical Center.

All of our modalities work synergistically. They have no side effects and many amazing benefits. I have owned and tested seven different brands of FIR Saunas. As a result, we carry what I consider the best Hyperthermia and Far Infrared devices available!

Most people who sell Far Infrared Saunas have not been educated on safety, therapeutic benefits or the contra indications to their use. Unfortunately, sometimes people can overdo it using FIR Therapy. When you purchase your first Far Infrared Sauna from us, we train you how to prevent healing crisis' and teach you how to use it at its maximum effectiveness. We prefer training you in our facility in Reno, but we can train you and your staff too by phone if necessary.

After doing the research, Dr. Brodie, Dr. Shallenburger and Dr. Forsythe (all well-known cancer facility / anti-aging medical doctors in Reno) purchased their Far Infrared Saunas from us. Dr. Brodie charges forty dollars per session to go along with his Cancer Program Protocol. His staff is thoroughly impressed because it has helped a variety of their patients with pain, detoxification and stress relief. The FIR sauna has turned out to be a wonderful adjunct to their Center! The Shallenburgers decided two weeks after using their home model to add one to their clinic!
